Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs; promote loyalty programs and cross-sell when appropriate.
  • •Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance and be flexible to extended hours during peak sales periods; stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.
  • •Ensure products are displayed attractively and in line with store layout standards; record and manage inventory and promotions to communicate effectively with customers.
  • •Operate the POS system for billing and transactions; balance the till at start and end of shifts; process payments and issue receipts/refunds correctly.
  • •Maintain store security and adherence to loss prevention policies; replenish and re-merchandise stock to ensure product availability.
