  • •Build strategic expansion roadmaps that embed Celonis as a strategic platform, providing feedback to R&D based on evolving customer use cases.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years owning complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
  • •Background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle) and ability to work as an AI-fluent operator using AI copilots for outputs/automations.
  • •Comfort setting direction within an account team and proactively hunting for highest-impact solutions focused on customer value.
  • •Proven expertise executing process improvements and realizing value for process areas.
  • •Demonstrated ability orchestrating multi-region or business-unit transformation programs with VP/Director-level sponsorship; fluent English and Spanish communication.
