•Own and execute the Deployment Operations lifecycle for deployments within the business line.
•Communicate effectively with internal and external teams using systems (JIRA, Oracle, Foundry, Salesforce) and channels (Slack, email, meetings).
•Create structured deployment plans and ensure people and hardware are in the right place at the right time.
•Guide and mentor a team of Operations & Logistics Associates through deployment coordination and operations.

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management, with a focus on international operations.
•Ability to balance concurrent complex projects or tasks.
•Proficient in multiple systems including Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, and Slack.
•Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to meet project milestones.
•Onsite in Costa Mesa, CA; eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
