  • •Manage a portfolio of Priority Assets cases involving property-related issues affecting collateral value or liability.
  • •Coordinate with foreclosure counsel, outside legal firms, and vendors to protect the bank’s interests.
  • •Review legal documents, title reports, court filings, property records, and servicing information to assess risk and recommend resolution strategies.
  • •Perform research and analysis of loan accounts to support settlement authority recommendations, resolution options, and approvals.
