Job Summary

Serve as a seasoned Solution Engineer for Data & Agentic Marketing AI, advising enterprise sales on marketing transformation through data unification and agentic customer intelligence. Lead end-to-end pre-sales across discovery, executive whiteboarding, tailored demos, and hands-on proof of concepts using Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lakehouse approaches. Tackle RFP/RFI responses, champion data governance and stewardship, and mentor junior SEs while staying ahead of Agentforce and Martech/AdTech trends.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic pre-sales engagements for enterprise and strategic accounts in partnership with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive complex multi-cloud deals.
•Architect, build, and deliver hands-on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) from scoping through execution and presentation, tailored to customer use cases across data ingestion, unification, segmentation, activation, and AI-driven personalization.
•Deliver customized product demonstrations live and tailored to each customer’s industry, data landscape, and business objectives.
•Run executive-level discovery and whiteboarding sessions to uncover requirements across marketing strategy, AdTech/Martech architecture, customer data management, and data governance.
•Lead RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals, championing data management and governance best practices and mentoring junior SEs.

Key Requirements

•10–12 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or marketing/data technology roles with a strong track record in enterprise engagements.
•Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead whiteboarding sessions and simplify complex technical concepts into business value.
•Hands-on ability to independently build, configure, and demonstrate working solutions, including designing and executing end-to-end PoCs with minimal support.
•Strong background in Martech and AdTech technologies (marketing automation, campaign management, customer journey orchestration, identity resolution, clean rooms, contextual targeting, and first-party data activation).
•Deep expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud, including Data Lakehouse architecture and data management concepts (ETL/ELT, MDM, data governance, and data quality), plus relevant Salesforce certifications.
