Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience as the front-line ambassador. Build lasting client relationships, drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and maintain individual and team KPIs. Support store operations including transactions, inventory cycles, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection while collaborating with the team.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador while following style and service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store goals.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily operations including transactions, cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
