Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and advise on client EHS culture, supporting implementation of EHS procedures and regulatory requirements on-site.
  • •Independently develop and maintain safety and health programs, systems, and procedures to reduce risk and exposures.
  • •Under minimal direction, supervise EHS personnel and monitor/minimize potential hazards and diseases across work sites.
  • •Review and advise on Contractor Environmental Health and Safety Plans (CEHSP) and work with contractors on corrective actions for deficiencies.
  • •Provide EHS performance data (Leading/Lagging KPIs, incident management, environmental monitoring) to construction management and draft reports for agencies and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA and 6+ years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency) plus construction safety experience.
  • •Experience in environmental compliance and industry standards.
  • •Due to the nature of work, US citizenship is required.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review.
  • •Preferred: 8+ years in construction safety and data center construction/operation experience.
