Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate machinery to ensure continuous product flow and confirm proper ingredients/supplies are used on the line.
  • •Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed; notify the supervisor when machines require maintenance.
  • •Resolve jams and equipment malfunctions and identify issues requiring corrective action.
  • •For Raw: perform operator care (lubrication, inspection adjustments, repairs, cleaning/sanitation), contribute to continuous improvement, and open/close work orders in MES.
  • •For RTE: monitor robotic pocket fill and film supply, oversee peeler/cook-chill/unload monitoring, maintain throughput/yield/quality/food safety, and resolve jams/equipment issues while handling film and weighing tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 3 months of machine or packer operator experience and 6 months of continuous work in the last 3 years (experience must be documented on your application).
  • •Ability to operate machinery and maintain continuous flow of product through the production process.
  • •Willingness to monitor and adjust machine settings and follow Tyson policies and procedures.
  • •Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motions and to stand 8–12 hours on a hard floor.
