Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the annual Legal & Compliance risk assessment across all Booking Holdings brands and use results to improve the compliance program and manage risk.
  • •Provide practical compliance and ethics guidance across internal policies and applicable laws, including anti-bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, and third-party risk management.
  • •Leverage AI and new technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement across compliance program risk assessment, policies, and processes.
  • •Develop, implement, and update compliance policies, procedures, and processes, and partner to translate policies into training and awareness initiatives.
  • •Prepare presentations and reports on compliance programming for senior management and other audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. degree or equivalent required.
  • •5+ years of relevant legal or compliance experience, including top law firm experience.
  • •Subject matter expertise in anti-bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, and third-party risk management.
  • •Experience translating legal and regulatory requirements into practical advice.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with global stakeholders.
