Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and scale Papa Community’s proprietary platform, including the operational backbone for the care team.
  • •Strengthen the revenue cycle management pipeline, improving claims data pipelines, denial handling, and patient responsibility workflows.
  • •Extend platform tooling such as transactional email and customer support tooling, plus other member/internal-facing systems.
  • •Build data infrastructure for operational intelligence and automation, enabling patient dashboards, outreach triggers, and clinical decision support.
  • •Ensure system reliability and performance for healthcare-critical workflows by maintaining code standards, testing expectations, deployment processes, monitoring, and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of software development experience.
  • •Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails or Python.
  • •1+ years of hands-on experience with Elixir.
