Facilities Operations Engineer (Starlink)

Build and improve processes, systems, and tools for the Starlink facilities team in Redmond to run manufacturing and office operations more efficiently. Own process development end-to-end, develop metrics and dashboards, and perform deep SQL-based analyses to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Create standardized reports and automation, support facilities initiatives, and take on new projects as business needs evolve.
