Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize user-centered web experiences and contribute to the evolution of the Sanity CMS platform (content modeling, integrations, authoring workflows).
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain highly scalable web applications and digital experiences.
  • •Lead technical design/implementation of complex features and platform capabilities, driving architecture decisions for reliability, performance, maintainability, security, and scalability.
  • •Manage the full software development lifecycle and establish engineering best practices, coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD processes.
  • •Leverage AI-augmented development and build generative AI-powered applications/agents (including prompt engineering and RAG workflows), with observability and performance optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production software.
  • •Experience with AI-augmented software development practices/tools and using generative AI coding assistants across the SDLC.
  • •Experience designing and deploying generative AI applications (copilots, assistants, or agents).
  • •Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and building UX-focused web apps using Next.js, React, and headless CMS platforms (preferably Sanity).
