Key Responsibilities

  • •Use advanced glue-pulling techniques to repair dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
  • •Perform hail repair and repair creases and body lines.
  • •Repair larger-sized dents and other cosmetic damage as part of vehicle reconditioning.
  • •Work in Carvana’s Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools.
  • •Be available to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Ability to use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments.
