Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •8+ years in software quality, quality operations, program quality, software validation, issue management, technical program management, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years managing cross-functional issue resolution, quality reporting, KPI management, quality governance, or program execution activities.
  • •Strong understanding of software development, validation, release processes, defect management, and corrective-action workflows.
  • •Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, QUAL, dashboards, KPI reporting, and project-tracking tools.
