Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in and lead planning activities, including conducting client interviews, identifying key risks and controls, developing the audit plan, and communicating expectations with auditees.
  • •Test business and technology controls for multiple audits concurrently, independently execute control testing, and document results to professional and internal standards.
  • •Use analytics and data visualization tools to perform full population testing and identify issues and process improvement opportunities.
  • •Partner with clients to vet issue details, discuss risk mitigation activities, and follow up on mitigation through resolution.
  • •Demonstrate leadership by mentoring and coaching less experienced staff and reviewing team members’ work.

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 6 years of experience in audit, risk management, or a related field.
  • •Applied knowledge of audit practices across multiple functional areas and strong business insight.
  • •Ability to independently execute control testing, document results to professional and internal standards, and use analytics and data visualization tools.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or related field preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, PMP) or progress toward certification desired.
