Job Summary

The Manager Performance Marketing EMC will oversee consulting on and monitoring eCommerce campaigns to deliver innovative executions aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives. You will amplify campaigns to drive quality traffic, installs and net sales on the Adidas site and app through SEM, Affiliates, Display and Paid Social, lead cross-functional collaboration with Ukraine and Kazakh markets, and optimize performance to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop specific, measurable performance marketing strategies across running, training, Originals and commercial moments to meet Net sales targets.
•Act as the single point of contact for all media and performance tasks, updates and alignment for Ukraine and Kazakhstan markets.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with partner marketing, site operations and analytics to drive traffic, installs and acquisition targets.
•Identify and pursue new and innovative ways to expand eCommerce revenue on site and app.
•Manage relationships with media agencies and franchise partners, and report on monthly performance KPIs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 109,000

Key Requirements

•University degree in Marketing/Media with proven experience (minimum 5 years) in either agency (Digital, eCommerce) or a client-side Performance Marketing role.
•Fluency in English and Ukrainian both spoken and written is mandatory.
•Experience in Performance Marketing including Search Engine Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Display, Programmatic Media, and Paid Social.
•Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, AppsFlyer) and data-driven decision making.
•Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Analytics and external partners to grow eCommerce traffic, installs and revenue.
