Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate technical feasibility and architectural alignment, translating requirements into EPICs and technical user stories.
  • •Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to refine, groom, and prioritize the backlog.
  • •Plan and drive sprint execution with timelines, delivery milestones, and early surfacing of dependencies.
  • •Guide design decisions, enforce sound design patterns, participate in code reviews, and lead incident response with blameless RCA.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •8-10 years of experience as a Software Developer/Software Engineer or in a similar hands-on technical role.
  • •5+ years of experience building production systems using Java and Spring Boot.
  • •At least 3 years of proven engineering leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • •Strong Agile experience, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.
