Program Manager Mining (100% remote)

This role leads end-to-end mining programs in Central America, coordinating exploration, permitting, feasibility studies, and operations readiness. You will align scope, milestones, and budgets with corporate strategy, manage cross-functional teams (geology, engineering, environmental, legal, finance, community relations), engage regulators and communities, monitor risks, and report to the steering committee, ensuring HSE, ESG, and regulatory compliance.
