Job Summary

Lead the regulated Financial Services Division by scaling Fireblocks Payment Services from early buildout into a stablecoin and crypto-payments business. Own the P&L, set and execute go-to-market strategy, drive the payments product roadmap, and define infrastructure and integrations. Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, compliance, legal, operations, and partnerships, while shaping licensing and regulatory strategy for institutional and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for Fireblocks Payment Services targeting enterprise clients, fintechs, exchanges, and stablecoin issuers.
•Own and drive the payments product roadmap for the licensed payments platform, including features, integrations, and infrastructure priorities.
•Translate regulatory requirements (state MTL obligations, BSA/AML, FinCEN rules) into product specifications and compliance-by-design architecture.
•Drive licensing strategy by identifying new jurisdictions, evaluating regulatory frameworks, and maintaining and expanding regulatory coverage.
•Coordinate engineering, compliance, legal, operations, and partnership teams to deliver against the payments roadmap and partner closely with the Fireblocks Trust Company.

Key Requirements

•10–15 years in payments with deep operational experience at a global payments network, cross-border platform, or licensed money transmission business.
•Demonstrated experience owning or contributing to a P&L in a payments or fintech.
•Strong understanding of stablecoins and how they intersect with traditional payment flows, settlement, and treasury management.
•Working knowledge of US money transmission licensing and BSA/AML compliance frameworks, including state and federal regulatory regimes.
•Track record of driving payments product roadmaps in a highly regulated environment, translating compliance constraints into product advantages.
