Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the first point of contact for computer-related issues and resolve technical/operational problems reported by users.
  • •Ensure equipment operates properly, applications are optimized, 24/7 systems are monitored, and technical service is available at all times.
  • •Oversee backups, backup staff training, contingency systems for key business areas, and first-level support coverage for systems and network.
  • •Secure hotel networks, systems, and data from unwanted intrusion; keep systems updated with security patches; support legal/data protection/PCI compliance requirements.
  • •Coordinate installations, upgrades, and in-hotel software development; implement corporate IT policies and conduct annual self-audits; manage and control the IT budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree or diploma in IT Administration or MIS.
  • •Minimum of 10 years of IT experience and experience in the hospitality industry.
  • •Experience configuring and administering hotel systems, ideally with company area or regional responsibilities.
  • •Managerial and international experience in a service industry operations context.
  • •Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
