Job Summary

Lead the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems, shaping features for derivatives such as futures, margins, and options. Collaborate with trading engineering to translate complex trading needs into scalable solutions, manage the full product lifecycle, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory and standards compliance in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Job Function: Product Management

Key Responsibilities

•Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
•Improve core systems like matching engine, risk engines, pricing models for derivatives products including but not limited to Futures, Margin, Options, Event Contracts etc.
•Work with the trading engineering teams to turn complex trading needs into technical solutions.
•Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and ongoing/new feature launch.
•Monitor backend performance and fix issues before they impact users.

Key Requirements

•Deep understanding of Financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options etc.
•Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
•Ability to understand trading logics, risk methods, and translate them into product requirements.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners.
