Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design and architecture of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions across GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, cash management, treasury, group reporting, and funds management.
  • •Oversee implementation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including mentoring functional consultants and managing project timelines and quality.
  • •Manage data migration strategies for financial master data and transactional data into SAP S/4HANA.
  • •Lead project teams and serve as liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors; facilitate workshops and requirements gathering.
  • •Provide optimization and expert support in production, including troubleshooting, governance/compliance, test planning (unit, integration, UAT), documentation, and user training.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years leading SAP Finance/Controlling (FI/CO) implementations, including 3–5 years specifically in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
  • •Lead at least 1 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and 2–3 ECC implementations.
  • •Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA finance capabilities such as Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, Central Finance, Group Reporting, and embedded analytics.
  • •Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions and ensure integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP) and external systems.
  • •Previous experience in a lead or architect role, with familiarity in SAP Activate methodology and understanding of SAP BTP and cloud integration concepts (plus ABAP debugging ability).
