Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure project managers have awareness of safety responsibilities.
  • •Prepare, implement, and monitor the project EHS plan for construction.
  • •Lead safety meetings with the client and trades.
  • •Supervise client project EHS oversight resources, including outsourced EHS competent persons.
  • •Assess and approve contractor safety plans; review high-risk activities and lead investigations and root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • •Several years’ experience in HSE lead positions.
  • •Demonstrable experience on large-scale, complex projects (data centre experience preferred).
  • •Practiced in project control mechanisms and technical risk assessments.
  • •Fluent English; German is a plus; availability for on-site work.
