Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports with IND AS compliance.
  • •Lead budgeting and rolling 12-month forecasts, monitoring variances and planning for expansion into new product niches.
  • •Perform advanced financial analytics to identify profitability trends across key categories and support strategic decision-making.
  • •Oversee group consolidation, inter-company transactions, and implement Internal Financial Controls (IFC) framework to safeguard assets.
  • •Act as financial lead for ERP optimization using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, optimizing Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 1,200,000 - 1,700,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in financial controller/finance roles with strong focus on reporting and compliance.
  • •Proven experience with end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, MIS reporting, IND AS compliance, and statutory audits.
  • •Experience in budgeting, forecasting (rolling 12-month forecasts), and variances analysis for a high-growth business.
  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP) and P2P/O2C workflow optimization.
  • •Strong analytical skills in profitability analysis across product categories and ability to drive strategic financial decisions.
