  • •Lead civil due diligence for greenfield and conversion sites: topography, drainage, utilities, soils, floodplain, and environmental constraints
  • •Review traffic impact studies and offsite infrastructure requirements; flag civil cost and schedule risks during site selection
  • •Direct geotechnical investigations, scope RFPs, review boring programs, interpret reports, and assign design actions
  • •Assess site suitability for large-scale grading, infrastructure, and stormwater management
  • •Identify fatal flaws and quantify civil cost risks during site selection

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in Civil Engineering
  • •7+ years of civil engineering experience, including significant work on large-scale site development projects (data centers, industrial, logistics, or power infrastructure preferred)

  • •Experience directing external civil consultants and managing design deliverable quality
  • •Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D; familiarity with GIS tools
