Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end transactional and corporate process improvement initiatives from problem identification through sustained results.
  • •Assess current-state processes using observation, stakeholder engagement, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste, variation, rework, and ineffective handoffs.
  • •Establish process visibility, measurement integrity, and accurate performance baselines; drive root-cause resolution and implement sustainable controls and governance.
  • •Define enterprise transactional standards and exception-management protocols across Hire-to-Retire (H2R), and design AI-enabled workflows using a standardize-before-automate approach.
  • •Serve as a founding member of the ETS Office: enable Global Process Owners, lead ETS training/certification programs, and mentor practitioners for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience leading process improvement and business transformation initiatives for Hire-to-Retire (H2R) Value Stream.
  • •Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
  • •12+ years of experience driving process improvement and transformation within transactional/corporate functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, Communications, Shared Services, or Corporate Operations).
  • •Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification with experience coaching and developing practitioners.
