Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategy and KPI development for sector quality, compliance, and excellence, including benchmarking standards and award readiness.
  • •Deliver advisory support to senior management on ISO requirements, DGEP/EFQM standards, and policy compliance.
  • •Perform quality/compliance audits, conduct performance and risk assessments, and publish recommendations plus corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Oversee policy/procedure review, updates, and follow-up, coordinating with stakeholders to close non-compliance actions.
  • •Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives using performance data, root-cause analysis, and internal training/awareness programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, industrial fields, or Business Administration; or a Master’s degree in Quality or Institutional Excellence.
  • •Minimum 6 years of experience with a Master’s degree, or 8 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Experience monitoring strategic performance and preparing reports.
  • •Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, and institutional excellence programs.
  • •Proficiency in audit processes and internal review systems.
