Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform data analysis between datasets to identify differences and validate information.
  • •Create and maintain Power BI models and support KPI tracking.
  • •Support cross-functional partners with purchase order issuance and purchase order changes.
  • •Liaise with Senior Cost Managers and Finance to report accruals and prepaid invoices.
  • •Develop and maintain cash flow dashboards, buyout analytics data, weekly minor project budget updates, and construction material market data for evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Proven work experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • •Strong capability using Excel to analyze large data sets and support data analysis and visualization.
  • •Experience with Power BI (and other modeling software platforms) to enable KPI tracking and reporting.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
