Sales & Service Manager - South Congress

Lead store sales and guest experience by overseeing the Sales & Service team, coaching staff to close gaps in guest connection and product education, and ensuring strong sales floor coverage. Partner with the General Manager to execute the store’s Sales & Service strategy, investigate root-cause sales opportunities, and represent the business in meetings. Monitor budget and key metrics like expenses and sell-thru, while supporting hiring and succession planning.
