Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integration architecture and design via technical discovery across Remote APIs and partner APIs, including data mapping/flows and authentication flows.
  • •Prioritize integration work based on customer needs, product impact, technical feasibility, and operational complexity.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional execution by translating customer/partner requirements into clear technical specs, managing dependencies, and unblocking delivery.
  • •Ensure quality and reliability across data accuracy, sync reliability, error handling, observability, and supportability.
  • •Establish and track KPIs for technical performance and customer outcomes, then turn integration learnings into actionable product feedback.
