Key Responsibilities

  • •Support rolling forecasts (FP&A) by contributing to Wise Group forecasts with accuracy and alignment to strategic objectives.
  • •Contribute to the 5-year long-range financial plan and help drive the Monthly Finance Review with insightful performance analysis.
  • •Participate in finance transformation and strategic cross-functional projects, including process redesign and implementing new planning tools or methodologies.
  • •Produce competitor benchmarking reporting and develop/maintain valuation models for Wise and key fintech peers.
  • •Drive market sizing and share insights across cross-currency corridors, and deliver board/investor-facing strategy papers and ad hoc deep dives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 68,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in strategic FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking (other backgrounds welcome if you have the required technical modelling depth).
  • •Highly proficient in complex financial modelling, including building and managing integrated models from scratch.
  • •Experience contributing to forecasting/planning cycles such as rolling forecasts, long-range plans, and Monthly Performance Reviews with process improvement.
  • •Experience with competitor benchmarking and market analysis in a fast-moving, multinational environment.
  • •A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA) is preferred.
