Key Responsibilities

•Oversee, monitor and report on the installation and commissioning of OMNY contactless fare payment devices, fare gates, and TVMs
•Assist in ensuring reliable performance testing of contactless and open-payment systems
•Work on-site within active subway station environments and coordinate with NYCT personnel to maintain service continuity
•Maintain installation logs, test reports, and field observation records
•Follow all safety, operational, and compliance requirements and participate in inspections and performance tracking

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,500 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
•Minimum 11+ years proven experience working in MTA New York City Transit (NYCT) stations
•Hands-on experience with fare gates / turnstiles and ticket vending machines (TVMs)
•Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
•Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
