Associate Specialist, Workplace Experience

Deliver a safe, efficient, and consistently high-quality workplace experience across Pandora’s Copenhagen V office locations. Ensure workplace services, facilities operations, health and safety standards, and employee-facing environments run smoothly through inspections, proactive issue resolution, supplier coordination, and continuous improvement. Support budgets and operational spend, maintain workplace inventories and procedures, and help deliver office moves, projects, and employee events while maintaining compliance with Danish legislation and company standards.
