•Drive annual budgeting and planning in collaboration with department heads.
•Build and maintain financial models for revenue forecasting, expense budgeting, and cash flow analysis, including rolling forecasts and projection updates.
•Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and provide KPI/metrics monitoring for business performance.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance on initiatives, product launches, and market expansions; support pricing strategy and financial due diligence for strategic projects.
•Streamline FP&A processes, enhance financial systems/tools for accuracy and efficiency, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•3-5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in SaaS/technology or related equity research/investment banking/private equity experience.
•Proven track record developing and managing complex financial models and forecasts.
•Experience with subscription-based business models and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
•Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Anaplan/Pigment, Excel, SQL) plus knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
