Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall program strategy, scope, and delivery plan for multi-LOB IT solutions, ensuring hardware configuration, fulfillment, and deployment are defined and executed.
  • •Manage and develop the program team, providing oversight of day-to-day engineering, administrative, and logistics activities.
  • •Run program governance (steering committees, working groups) and maintain integrated plans, milestones, and dependencies.
  • •Own scope, schedule, and budget, including forecasting, cost tracking, and managing changes to protect margins and outcomes.
  • •Oversee build, integration, testing, and deployment; ensure contract deliverables (including CDRLs) are compliant, submitted on time, traceable, and documented with proper records management.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • •8–12 years of experience in program or project management delivering complex IT infrastructure or solutions for Federal or public sector customers.
