Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end project management planning, execution, closing, and support for moderate/complex IT infrastructure projects.
  • •Coordinate with clients to analyze card program setup requirements and formulate implementation solutions for Visa endpoints, products, and services.
  • •Confidently manage client projects in parallel to product development, delivering milestones and deliverables on time.
  • •Manage non-routine complex processing requests and tactical/strategic customer initiatives while escalating at risk.
  • •Prepare and maintain detailed project artifacts (plans, status reports, meeting minutes, issues logs) and represent client system/operational requirements internally.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 2+ years with an advanced degree; or 0 years with a PhD).
  • •Minimum 5+ years of IT system knowledge with strong understanding of project management, IT infrastructure, and applications.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience in a business analyst role in software or financial services.
  • •Experience using standard MS Office tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
  • •Fluency in English (ability to speak/write); Portuguese is a plus.
