Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, and support automated equipment and control systems to ensure safe, reliable, efficient operations.
  • •Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on robots, automated equipment, sensors, conveyors, and related control systems.
  • •Assist employees across departments and facilities with troubleshooting automation issues.
  • •Obtain parts during emergencies and take control of equipment when there is a potential for personal injury or rapid deterioration.
  • •Keep automation work areas and peripheral equipment neat and orderly and perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanical and electrical/controls aptitude, with the ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and automation diagrams.
  • •Ability to work independently and as part of a team with dependable, motivated performance.
  • •Participate in an apprenticeship or technical training program and demonstrate willingness to receive training.
  • •Strong reading comprehension and math skills to support troubleshooting and safe operation.
  • •Physical ability to lift (up to 35 lb overhead, up to 50 lb to waist) and work full shifts with ladder climbing and standing/walking/bending as required.
