Oversee 7 store locations, driving sales performance, controlling expenses, and improving key store metrics. Partner with store leaders to implement business-driving initiatives, productivity targets, and visual merchandising standards. Lead hiring, coaching, training, and succession planning for store teams, while coordinating openings and renovations. Manage payroll budgets, analyze trends, and ensure compliance with company policies to achieve district financial goals in partnership with the regional director.
