•Build long-term relationships with top Brazilian tech talent and automate to remove manual administrative bottlenecks.
•Improve candidate experience by adopting modern CRM automation and nurturing tools to maintain a strong talent network.
•Innovate sourcing by piloting advanced search algorithms, natural language search, and outbound automation to attract passive talent.
•Partner with hiring and People teams on onboarding, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking; support recruitment marketing campaigns and identify pipeline bottlenecks.
