Sales Supervisor, Full-Time - Cabazon Outlet

Lead sales efforts at the Cabazon Outlet by meeting and exceeding store goals and inspiring associates to generate clientele, retain customers, and deliver a customer-first experience. Oversee the sales floor, inventory accuracy, and key fulfillment and cycle count metrics, while supporting loss prevention and store operations. Act as a brand ambassador, train and coach team members, and provide weekly feedback to store leadership based on sell-through and customer input.
