•Own regional business performance insights and partner with regional marketing, product, and finance stakeholders to drive decisions.
•Lead deep-dive analyses into significant performance changes, identifying root causes by integrating signals from marketing activity, product changes, experiments, and user behavior.
•Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for leadership forums (QMO, WBR, APM) and frame insights in terms of impact and actions.
•Drive cross-functional impact by partnering with regional marketing, product, finance, and data science teams to shape priorities.
•Contribute to standardizing funnel analysis, performance reporting, and investigation methodologies, and mentor junior analysts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related)
•4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles
•Strong SQL experience for querying large datasets
•Proficiency with data visualization/BI tools (Tableau, Mode, Databricks)
•Strong understanding of funnel, cohort, and behavioral analytics; ability to connect data insights to business outcomes
