Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE at the start of each day
•Use technology to access your schedule and travel to patients’ homes
•Build rapport with patients and collect relevant information during visits
•Perform preventative and diagnostic services (e.g., phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs) as trained
•Label samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Prior experience in venipuncture and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
•Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment
•Ability to physically access patient homes (including climbing stairs) and carry up to 20 pounds while walking
•Hold required licensure/proof of training, including Basic Life Support certification, a valid Driver’s License, and current vehicle insurance
