Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage scalable billing and collection processes for complex user agreements and new business operations.
  • •Build scalable, auditable onboarding processes for new and existing users, including onboarding custom contracts into billing systems.
  • •Collaborate across teams (legal contracts, systems, global deal management, sales ops, internal audit, go-to-market, engineering, accounting) to improve contract review processes and anticipate changing requirements.
  • •Partner with account managers to resolve user inquiries related to onboarding implementation, billing, and collections.
  • •Scope, build, and deliver continuous process improvements; share system feedback and insights to Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Legal to optimize the customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business, Information Management, or related field, plus 4 years of client-facing experience in customer success, consulting, financial services, account management, or technical product sales.
  • •3 years' experience tracing process impacts from situations to end customers and business financial outcomes.
  • •3 years' experience with payments industry and working with large data sets, including SQL and data modeling.
  • •3 years' experience designing digital workflows to improve efficiency and user experience across organizational tools.
  • •3 years' experience with dashboarding and forecasting, including Tableau and PowerPoint-based presentations/documentation, plus Hubble dashboards and forecast modeling.
