Job Summary

Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair crushing and screening equipment to maximize uptime and efficient, safe aggregate production. Perform preventative maintenance on crushers, screens, conveyors, and feeders; diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues; and replace wear parts. Conduct daily inspections, maintain maintenance records, follow MSHA and company safety requirements (including LOTO), and support plant operations such as startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine preventative maintenance on crushers, screens, conveyors, feeders, and associated equipment.
•Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and complete timely repairs, including replacing wear parts.
•Conduct daily and periodic inspections to identify potential equipment failures and minimize downtime.
•Maintain accurate maintenance records and inspection logs.
•Follow company safety policies and MSHA regulations, including proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and support plant startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•3–5+ years of experience in crusher maintenance, aggregate operations, mining, or heavy equipment repair.
•Experience with crushing and screening equipment (e.g., jaw, cone, impact crushers).
•Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
•Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
