Key Responsibilities

  • •Align supply chain vision and execution with corporate strategy and growth objectives.
  • •Transform and scale the supply base to meet ramp-to-rate manufacturing goals and lead procurement, demand planning, and inventory management.
  • •Mitigate supply chain risks by identifying and resolving single-point failures; establish long-term agreements to ensure price stability and supply continuity.
  • •Drive supply chain inputs for proposals including accurate cost estimates and supplier capability verification.
  • •Optimize shipping and receiving for lean material movement; define KPIs, implement process improvements, and build/mentor a high-performing team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain/procurement in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
  • •5+ years of experience in leadership roles building and scaling teams.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance requiring U.S. Citizenship; final U.S. clearance post start is required.
  • •Establish price stability and supply continuity through long-term agreements while mitigating single-point supply chain failures.
