  • •Follow a three-phased, individualized learning plan to build critical future and digital skills
  • •Participate in regular check-ins with the Emiratisation team to monitor progress and receive support
  • •Build internal networks and engage with graduate life activities to contribute to the community
  • •Participate in bi-monthly performance reviews to understand progress and development
