Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with product security and engineering leadership to define integration of AI security controls into customer-facing products.
  • •Build, deploy, and serve AI/ML models, guardrails, tooling, and automations; monitor deployed models for drift and performance and drive improvements.
  • •Lead adversarial testing and AI red teaming (jailbreaking, prompt injection, evasion, poisoning).
  • •Conduct security reviews for major AI product initiatives from design through launch, providing architectural sign-off and escalation guidance for high-risk decisions.
  • •Own AI Security strategy and multi-year roadmap; architect and lead the AI Risk & Governance framework and communicate risk posture to CISO and senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including 4–5 years focused on AI/ML security, adversarial machine learning, or security data science in a production cloud or technology environment.
  • •Proven experience defining and driving AI or security programs at an organizational level, with ownership of strategy rather than only execution.
  • •Hands-on, practitioner-level expertise in adversarial ML attacks and defenses (evasion, poisoning, extraction, membership inference, prompt injection).
  • •Strong programming skills in Python and Go with experience building security tooling and automation and standing up testing/detection/guardrails.
  • •Knowledge of relevant AI security frameworks/standards (including OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act).
