•Lead client assessments and develop tailored solutions to meet project outcomes.
•Analyze findings and produce recommendations across client engagements.
•Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings for client teams.
•Collaborate in multi-disciplinary Turner & Townsend teams at client sites and remotely.
•Deploy methodologies and tools, tailoring them to each project context.

Key Requirements

•Experience in the Defence Sector with 3-5 years in Project Controls (Master’s degree or equivalent desirable)
•Experience on major capital projects/programmes with PMO/controls and performance reporting in infrastructure (defence, nuclear, rail, airport, highways, utilities) or similar
•Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery, PMO, controls & performance or a function
•Experience writing/presenting reports and engaging with C-suite/executive client teams
•Proficiency with Office 365, Visio, Miro, Slack, Teams and controls/performance software such as Oracle Primavera, PRISM, Power BI or similar
