Senior Project Manager - Development

Lead a data center development program for a key client, serving as the primary day-to-day representative and trusted advisor from site identification and acquisition through entitlement, utility coordination, due diligence, and readiness for construction. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and governance while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and executive reporting. Support business development and oversee feasibility studies, zoning/permitting strategies, commissioning coordination, and construction-phase oversight for handover to operations.
