Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, responding accurately and promptly.
  • •Manage and maintain employee data in Workday, including status changes and compensation adjustments.
  • •Coordinate payroll cycle files and audit results to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • •Oversee onboarding and orientation for new hires, and execute offboarding in line with company policies.
  • •Digitize and file HR documents, track attendance, and generate workforce and audit compliance reports, continuously improving HR processes using automation.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of HR experience in a shared services model, ideally with exposure to multiple EMEA countries.
  • •Proven experience with HR systems such as Workday and case management/ticketing platforms like ServiceNow.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • •Excellent command of English; French or Arabic are a plus.
  • •College degree is not required if you have relevant experience.
